We have the freedom to choose happiness in our life.  Try these six practices of giving, discipline, patience, effort, concentration and wisdom that will create the happiness we wish for.

Dear Anxiety, let’s break up! | January 15 – 29
January 15, the first class, will be a free talk. Come and try out meditation, the perfect remedy for anxiety and worry! Bring your friends!
