Mike Boudreau lives and works in Salmon Arm. He has been practising and studying in the Kadampa Tradition of Buddhism for eight years and enjoys teaching and sharing his experience of meditation with others.

We are very fortunate to have Mike as our local teacher here in Salmon Arm.

Visiting Teacher, Gen Delek

From time to time, when Mike is away, the Wednesday class will be taught via a recording by Gen Kelsang Delek.  

Gen Delek is a Western Buddhist nun who has been studying and practising Kadampa Buddhism for over 30 years. She is loved by her students for her kindness, sincere example, and the clarity of her teachings. She is the resident teacher of KMC Fraser Valley in Abbotsford and visits the Okanagan to teach occasional weekend courses.
