Classes are suitable for both beginners and experienced meditators. Everyone is welcome. During the class the teacher will explain how to meditate and will give practical instructions on how to use meditation and Buddhist understanding to reduce stress and other problems encountered in daily life.  The classes are self-contained so you can drop in any week.

Cost $10 per class , $40 for 5 classes. Senior and student rates by request. Free for Centre Card holders.

No need to pre-register or start at the beginning of a series. You are welcome to drop in to any class any day.
