Freedom from Painful Emotions
Painful emotions such as anger, jealousy, and resentment are exhausting, leaving us feeling unhappy and confused. They create endless problems in our personal lives and in society.
These classes will look at the refreshing and positive approach offered by Buddhist meditation, showing us how to enjoy real freedom from these painful states of mind. We will develop genuine patience, acceptance, compassion and forgiveness in our hearts that will help us move on and accomplish our deepest wish for inner and outer peace.
