Meditation is a simple, natural and effective way to find better health and real happiness. Everyone is welcome!

Each class is self-contained and you are welcome to attend any class at any time. No pre-registration is required.

Rasayana Studio is in the Coulter Berry Bldg, 2nd Floor
Opposite Wendel’s on Glover Rd.
The entrance is at the back of the building. You can enter through the breezeway off Glover Rd.

Finding Inner Peace  April 12 – May 3
This 4 week series will teach the basics of meditation and mindfulness, and encourage you to incorporate just a little more peace and stillness into your busy daily life.

Overcome Anxiety with Meditation
  May 10 – 24
Anxiety and worry are increasingly common in our modern, multi-tasking society. Learn to let go of these uncomfortable feelings with simple meditation techniques.

The Wisdom of Patience
  May 31 – June 21
It’s easy to get frustrated and angry when things go wrong, but this never actually solves our problems. Transform your approach to difficulties by learning genuine patience.

Gen Kelsang Delek is a western Buddhist nun who has been teaching meditation for 24 years. She is the resident teacher at Kadampa Meditation Centre Fraser Valley in Abbotsford.

Some of the classes will be taught by Sandy Darrell, much-loved and experienced meditation teacher at KMC Fraser Valley.
