The Wisdom of Love (February 16-March 9)
Love can never cause any problems or unhappiness, although we often feel that the opposite is the case. On this course we will learn methods to bring into our relationships a love that is wise, joyful and never painful.
Letting go of Anxiety (March 16 – April 6)
In this fast-paced world, anxiety and stress are increasingly common problems. Meditation can provide real relief from this mental pain by creating a sense of inner peace. We learn that it is possible to control our mind, rather than allowing our mind to control us. By accepting our painful feelings rather than being panicked by them, we can keep a calm mind in all situations.
The Confidence to Change (April 13 – May 4)
Everyone wants to change, but we often find ourselves feeling stuck in unhealthy and unhappy habits. Learn how to develop self-confidence that is based on a realistic view of oneself. Through meditation and mindfulness create inner change that will skillfully bring joy and hope into our daily life.
