Class subjects

Finding Hope | May 2 – 30

Only by creating peace within our own mind and helping others do the same can we hope to achieve peace in this world. Learn meditations that will create peace in our hearts and peace in the world. This series of classes is based on the book How to Solve our Human Problems by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso.

Life Without Conflict | June 6 – 27

Painful conflicts occur when anger or hatred take over our mind.  Developing patience in meditation protects us from this pain. These classes will help us really understand what is anger, what are its effects, and how we can become a truly patient person.

Cost

$10 per class / Series pass $40 for 5 classes | Discounted rates available on request | Free for Centre Card holders
