Meditation in Langley
When: Mondays 7:00pm – 8:45pm

Cost: $10 per class or $8 per class for a series pass. Free for Centre Card holders. Click here for more info about Centre Card. Please note, no-one is ever turned away for lack of funds: if you want to attend a class, please just come!
Course Content:
These classes are an ideal introduction to Buddhist meditation and practice. They consist of two guided meditations, a talk, and opportunity for questions. This season the talks are based on the book Universal Compassion, by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, a very practical explanation of how we can improve our love and compassion for others. Everyone is welcome.
