When? Thursdays 7:00pm – 8:30pm

Class Description:

Practical instructions and helpful advice on how to meditate, find peace of mind, and lead a more peaceful and positive life.  Using Buddhist wisdom we can transform the difficulties of daily life into spiritual growth.  

Each class consists of two guided meditations, a talk, and a chance to ask questions.  They are ideal for beginners.

Loving Kindness

April 9-May 7 (no class April 16)
Harmony at home, at work, in our society and in our world come from the good heart of loving kindness.  Learn meditations to develop and improve a caring attitude.

Understanding the Mind

May 14- June 24

Identifying obstacles on our spiritual path always means looking inside and understanding our mind.  Buddhist Psychology helps us maintain positive states of mind which transform our life for the better.

Cost $10 per class, $40 for 5 classes. Free for Centre Card holders. More info about our Centre Card. No-one is turned away for lack of funds. If you want to come to a class, please just come!

No need to pre-register or start at the beginning of a series.  You are welcome to drop in to any class any day.
