Description: Start the week with a peaceful mind! In these drop in classes we will practice special meditations to develop a kinder heart for a meaningful week. Dedicated to the development of world peace and the happiness of all beings, a meditation for the week will be explained and practiced together. We will also encourage each other to apply these meditations in our daily lives to benefit ourselves, our families and the lives of all living beings
