We may find some happiness in a cup of good coffee or in the fact we didn’t run into unpleasant people today. Most often we are focused on something external to make us happy. Genuine happiness on the inside is caused by our way of thinking about things. Mindfulness means remembering and holding those way of thought that connect us to happiness form within, regardless of what we face in our day. In this course, we will learn how to keep the causes of happiness present within our hearts. Kelsang Tsalden, a Canadian Buddhist nun, will explain how to develop a mindful way of life and how to remain with that experience throughout our daily life. This is a wonderful opportunity for a meaningful new start!
