A meditation retreat is a period of time when we step back from our daily activities and let go of normal worries and concerns. In this way, we begin to discover the natural clarity and spaciousness of our mind. As we become more focused, we are able to deepen our practice of meditation easily.  We are pleased to offer several day and weekend retreats a year.
