Meditation for Everyone

Meditation for Everyone Dorjechang Kadampa Buddhist Centre offers drop-in meditation classes in Abbotsford, Langley, Mission, South Surrey, Chilliwack, Maple Ridge, Vernon, Kelowna, Salmon Arm, Kamloops and Enderby! These classes are suitable for anyone interested in learning how to meditate as well as for more experienced practitioners. Click to watch short videos of some meditation classes.

We also offer more in-depth programs, retreats and study programs. The methods and practices taught are suitable for all individuals, whatever your level of interest. Everyone is welcome!

During summer our Tuesday classes in Abbotsford continue until August 19. We also offer a Saturday workshop Learn to Meditate in 1/2 a Day on July 12, and another half day Saturday workshop Practicing Patience (how to stay calm in times of stress) on Aug 9. Finally we offer a retreat at Edenvale Retreat centre at the end of the summer Thinking with the Heart (Aug 29-31). All other classes are on holidays until September 6.
