Kadampa Meditation Centre Fraser Valley (KMCFV formerly Dorjechang Buddhist Centre) is a Canadian Registered Charity, offeringpractical drop-in meditation classes in Abbotsford, Langley, Mission, South Surrey, Surry (in Surry Central and Newton), Maple Ridge, Coquitlam, Chilliwack, Sardis, Vernon! All our regular drop in classes start in the second week of January 2017… but January 3rd there is a drop in evening class at the centre, and January 8 is the first Prayers for World Peace and Kids meditation classes of the term. Our classes in Kelowna and Salmon Arm have been put on hold this term … possibly will restart in the fall of 2017.
We also offer weekend workshops, retreats and more in-depth study programs in the practice of Modern Buddhism within our daily life and all the way along the path to enlightenment!
